Common Questions

Why no public price list?
SMS termination costs vary by destination country, carrier, route quality, content type, daily volume, and sender ID setup. A single public price would either be misleadingly high (so we can hit margins on every traffic shape) or misleadingly low (only true for ideal traffic). We quote each customer individually so the price you see is the price you pay.
What's the real difference between Premium Dedicated and Shared?
Premium Dedicated uses direct SMPP binds with reserved capacity on Tier-1 carriers — sender ID is always preserved, OTP latency is SLA-backed under 2 seconds, uptime is 100%. Shared routes use our partner aggregator network with capacity pooled across customers — cheaper by up to 70%, but uptime is 80% SLA and sender ID may be substituted on some routes. We recommend Premium for OTP/transactional, Shared for marketing.
Can I mix routes per traffic type?
Yes — most customers do. A single API call carries a route parameter, so your OTP traffic goes Premium while your promotional campaigns go Shared. Same dashboard, same invoice, separate billing lines per route quality.
How does daily volume affect pricing?
More volume unlocks lower per-message rates. We tier pricing by daily commitment — a customer sending 100k/day pays less per SMS than one sending 5k/day. Dedicated SMPP binds and reserved capacity become available at higher tiers.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fees on Shared routes. Premium Dedicated may include a one-time onboarding fee for custom sender ID approvals, A2P pre-registration in regulated markets (e.g. India DLT, US 10DLC), or dedicated SMPP binds. We'll quote both upfront.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer in GBP, USD, or EUR. Enterprise contracts are invoiced monthly NET-30 or NET-60. Local payment options (NPR, INR, IDR, etc.) available on request.
Do I need to commit upfront?
No. Most customers start on Shared routes pay-as-you-go to validate delivery, then add a Premium Dedicated commitment once they're comfortable. Free pilot credits available — ask the routing desk.
